p99app Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

Acceptance of Terms

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to them.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one p99app account only. Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus offers or circumventing account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances being voided.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register a p99app account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

p99app accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. p99app reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• p99app does not accept deposits made using credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in Section 5.1.
• Minimum deposit amounts are published on the p99app deposit page and are subject to change.
• p99app does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the User's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the User's own name, matching the registered p99app account holder.
• Any Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• p99app targets a payout processing time of under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals under standard conditions, though processing times may vary.
• p99app reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification procedures.
• Withdrawal limits may apply at various account levels and are published in the p99app account section.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on p99app — across casino games, live dealer tables, jackpot slots, Boxing, Cockfighting, Turbo Games, and any other category — are subject to the specific rules governing that game or market, which are displayed within the relevant section of the p99app platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

p99app reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet or series of bets at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to situations where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular betting patterns, technical errors in odds or game logic, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6.3 System Errors and Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any system error that affects the normal operation of a game or betting market on p99app, the platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked PKR amounts to the relevant accounts. p99app is not liable for any consequential losses arising from such technical incidents.

Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers on p99app are subject to specific eligibility criteria published alongside each promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds in PKR, opt-in requirements, and game eligibility restrictions. p99app reserves the right to exclude any User from any promotion at its discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a p99app account are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× the bonus value in PKR). 7.3 Bonus Abuse

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p99app platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate platform systems.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing cards or game information in live table environments.
• Registering or operating more than one p99app account simultaneously or at any point in time.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity for deposits on the p99app platform (money laundering).
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identification during the verification process.

Intellectual Property

All content on the p99app platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall compilation of the platform — is the property of p99app or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the p99app platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any p99app content. Any unauthorised use of p99app intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Responsible Gaming

p99app is committed to providing a safe, controlled gambling environment for all users. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered p99app account holders at no charge and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Loss of PKR funds due to your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Interruption or discontinuation of access to the p99app platform for technical, maintenance, or regulatory reasons.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the p99app platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.
• Delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any Pakistani bank.

p99app does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability, for which p99app assumes no liability toward Users.

Account Suspension and Termination

p99app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Multiple account operation.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age.

Upon account termination for breach of these terms, p99app reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, where such forfeiture is consistent with the nature of the breach. In cases where no breach has occurred and the User has voluntarily closed their account, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Privacy and Data Protection

p99app collects and processes personal data from Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a p99app account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Amendments to Terms

p99app reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the p99app platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent review is displayed at the top of this document. If you object to any change in these terms, your sole remedy is to close your p99app account before the effective date of the amendment.
